Monday – 9am to 10.30am + 4pm to 5pm
Tuesday – 9am to 10.30am + 4pm to 5pm
Wednesday– 9am to 10.30am + 4pm to 5pm
Thursday – 9am to 10.30am + 4pm to 5pm
Friday – 9am to 10.30am + 4pm to 5pm
Saturday – 9am to 11am
Sunday – 9am to 10am
Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early & Late May and August Bank Holidays – 9am to 10am
CLOSED ON: Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day
Booking forms MUST be completed if this is your first booking.
Deposits are required for each booking you make.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling within 7 days of the booked period starting – FULL COST of the booking will be charged – we will refund you any days we are able to fill.
Cancelling within 14 days of the booked period starting – 50% OF FULL COST of the booking will be charged – we will refund you any days we are able to fill.
If you are cancelling due to holiday interruption/Covid restrictions please check your travel insurance who may cover animal boarding charges – I can provide an invoice if required.
Animal boarding has been allowed to remain open during the pandemic. Even during lockdown/tier restrictions I am open for boarding (just very quiet!). Please let me know if you need to CANCEL your booking.
Payment by;
BACS / Bank Transfer – payment can be made using Bank Transfer, please contact us for account information.
Cheque – payment of balance in full on arrival or collection – made payable to ‘Capton Cattery’
Cash – payment of balance in full on arrival or collection
